NOTICE OF DESIGN REVIEW WORKSHOP AND COUNCIL MEETING
CITY OF NOVATO ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE BUILDING

Notice is hereby given that the Novato Design Review Commission will conduct a public workshop on Monday, September 12, 2011, at 7:30 p.m. in the Novato City Hall at 901 Sherman Avenue, Novato, California, to review and consider public comments on the schematic design of the City of Novato's proposed administrative office building to be located at the downtown Civic Center between Sherman Avenue and Machin Avenue.

Further notice is hereby given that the Novato City Council will be presented the schematic design of the City's proposed administrative office building on Tuesday, September 13, 2011, at 6:30 p.m. in the Novato City Hall at 901 Sherman Avenue, Novato, California. The City Council will be asked to consider the comments of the Design Review Commission and those of the public and provide their input regarding the schematic design of the proposed administrative office building.

Comments and suggestions are encouraged at this early stage of the project's design. Comments received on or before the workshop and meeting noted above will be considered by the Design Review Commission and City Council, respectively.

It is recommended that an appointment be made with the staff member listed above prior to visiting the City offices. The City of Novato Public Works Department is located at 75 Rowland Way, #200, Novato, CA 94945. The Department is open Monday through Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. (closed Fridays). Please note the City of Novato offices are closed September 5, 2011, in recognition of Labor Day.
