Parks and Recreation Winter & Spring Activity Guide Now Online
Post Date:11/30/2023 11:00 AMThe countdown to the Parks, Recreation and Community Services Winter & Spring activities begins now. Registration opens Tuesday, December 5, but start planning today, as the Winter & Spring Activity Guide is available now at novatofun.org.
Our winter and spring programs offer a dynamic array of options for youth such as soccer, gymnastics, taekwondo, dance, toddler athletics and other enrichment activities. Specialty activities include chess camps, LEGO® workshops, our popular Katia & Co theater classes and more. And don’t miss out on our annual special events including the Spring Magic Show, Trash to Treasures Flea Market, Fishing in the City and the Novato Classic.
Our winter and spring programming isn’t just for the young at heart — adults and seniors, get ready for an extraordinary lineup of activities at the Margaret Todd Senior Center (MTSC) including ballroom dance, yoga, strength & balance training, French for beginners & travelers, sewing, computer basics and many more. The Margaret Todd Senior Center also looks forward to continuing their Congregate Lunch Program offered in partnership with the County of Marin. Seniors are invited to join MTSC for hot meals on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12-1pm. Reservations must be made 2 weeks in advance and guests must dine onsite. Additionally, Novato Parks & Recreation is thrilled to be hosting adult athletic leagues! Gather your team and gear up for these popular leagues including basketball, pickleball, softball and volleyball.
