The City of Novato is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide real estate advisory and/or brokerage services related to the sale and disposition of City-owned properties in compliance with the California Surplus Land Act (SLA).
The selected firm will be responsible for delivering real estate advisory, regulatory compliance, and brokerage services to support the City in efficiently managing and maximizing the value of its real estate assets in alignment with the City’s 2023-25 Strategic Plan.
Interested firms are encouraged to submit proposals that outline a detailed approach to the scope of services, relevant experience and qualifications (including licensing information), as well as a proposed timeline, fee structure, team details, and references for similar projects. Proposals will be evaluated based on the quality and completeness of the information submitted however, interested parties are welcome to submit on a variety of services outlined in the scope as the City may need to hire multiple contractors to complete the task.
