Description

Demolition of the existing office building and construction of a new 14,446 square foot self-storage facility. The facility would consist of 123 storage units as well as a manager’s office. Other on-site improvements include vehicle parking, trash enclosure, perimeter walls and gates, and landscaping. Storage units would be 9-feet in height.
