Description
“Proposed residential development, submitted pursuant to Government Code Section 65912.110 et seq. (AB 2011), that includes 82 units and 82 on-site parking stalls on a 0.95 acre site. The five-story building, with a proposed height of 68-feet, includes a mix of studios, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments. Seventy-three (73) of the units would be affordable to low-income households and eight (8) would be affordable to very low-income households, based on applicable area median incomes (AMI). Additionally, one (1) two-bedroom market-rate manager unit is proposed. The applicant assumes an unlimited density based on proximity to transit.”
