Description

Proposed land division of two existing parcels into five new parcels and development of each parcel with one for-sale single-family residence (5 total) and associated site improvements. The single-family residential units will range in size from 1,377 square feet to 3,654 square feet (not inclusive of garage area) and will all be single-story homes, in some instances split level to accommodate existing topography and will include on-site parking for each of the single-family residences. The proposed lot sizes range in size from 10,880 square feet to 80,706 square feet.
