Description
Proposed residential development that includes 101 town-home-style residential units, 232 total parking stalls (i.e., garage + surface parking) and additional site amenities and improvements which include a resident’s clubhouse, new sitewide landscaping and common open space areas. The residential units will be located within 11 separate 3-story buildings that are evenly spread across the entirety of the site. Each residential building contains garage parking stalls on the ground floor, with the residential units located on the upper two floors. Overall building heights will be from 36 feet to 40 feet for the residential buildings, and 20 feet for the clubhouse building.
