StoneTree Driving RangeDescription

The Bay Club StoneTree, LLC has submitted an application requesting the continued operation of an existing golf driving range in a more long-term capacity via a 10-year lease with the property owner, Marin County Flood Control District. There are no site or operational changes proposed. Currently, the driving range is open 7 days a week from 7 a.m. to sunset and includes 30 hitting stalls along with a 12-foot wide decomposed granite pedestrian path.

Location
The site is located on a vacant parcel south of the StoneTree Golf Course (9 StoneTree Lane) at Twowater Trail.
