Description

Proposed residential care facility for the elderly (RCFE) and memory care facility at the project site. Fifty-five (55) assisted living units and a 31-bed memory care facility will accommodate a total of 86 residents. A three-story 72,948 square-foot building is proposed. The building height is approximately 39 feet to the main portion of the roof and 40 feet - 6 inches to the elevator penthouses. RCFE unit types include 19 studios and 36 one-bedroom units. Memory care units include 7 private, 20 semi-private, and two shared units that total 29 units and 31 beds. Twenty-nine (29) parking stalls are proposed. The applicant anticipates a staff of 50 persons, with a maximum of 26 employees during the day-time shift. The facility will be staffed 24 hours per day.
