Community Sponsorship Forms

The City of Novato wants to expand access to a wide-range of cultural experiences and community connections for all its residents and will support, through in-kind sponsorships, special community events serving a public purpose and the mission of the City. If you're interested in the City sponsoring your event, please complete the application form below and submit it to novatofun @novato.gov. Applications will be reviewed on an on-going basis.

Commemorative Bench Sponsorship Program (Currently Paused)

The City of Novato has adopted a program for accepting charitable sponsorships to replace existing benches within city parks, along trails, or other public facilities. The Commemorative Bench Sponsorship Program has been created to provide individuals an opportunity to commemorate a person, celebrate an occasion, or express appreciation for parks and to provide a public benefit that supports the beautification of public spaces for the community.

Please note that the Commemorative Bench Sponsorship Program is currently paused and we are not able to accept new sponsorships at this time. If you would like to be added to our interest list for when the program resumes, please contact us at novatofun@novato.gov.
