Novato Permits Online Portal
The City of Novato has transitioned to an online permit system, Novato Permits. Applicants can submit permit applications directly through our new portal, this includes:
- Encroachment Permit
- Grading Permit
- Temporary Event Sign - Encroachment Permit
A Novato Permits account is required prior to applying for a permit online.
