The Building Maintenance Division provides all custodial and long-term maintenance for facilities owned by the City of Novato, including seventeen buildings occupied by City staff or available for City programs. Additionally, Building Maintenance services several facilities in Hamilton including the Officer's Club, the Pool Cabana, the Racquetball Courts and the Gym. In all, City staff maintains the cleanliness and safety of over 200,000 square feet of building space, including:

• Civic Center--including City Hall, Admin offices, and the Police Department
• Margaret Todd Senior Center--including  Margaret Todd Senior Center and the Hill Gym complex
• Hamilton facilities
• Teen/Gymnastics Center
